Plastic Stocks

These Plastic Card Sleeves (16pt) are the perfect way to complement a Gift Card or Loyalty Card. Standard . They can be custom printed and cut to meet the needs of your business and offer a variety of options including Spot UV, Embossing and Foil. Our sleeves are printed on a Non-Laminated, Coated Cardstock and a Silk or Gloss UV Finish can be used for added effect. Consider investing in one of our holders to present your card with style.

20pt Plastic cards are a great inexpensive alternative to the thicker 30 mil plastic cards. Weatherproof and unique but economical at the same time.

20pt White Plastic

- You can print 1 or 2 sided

- Colors print accurately since there is a white base stock

20pt Frosted or Clear Plastic

- Frosted and clear cards are printed on one side only

- No white ink printing or backers are used on this product

- All White areas on the file will not be printed White, it will be translucent/frosted

- Inks will appear faded / see through on Clear and Frosted Cards, they will not be solid colors

- Example, Black color in file will print and appear more of a dark Gray color

- Clear cards can be scratched easily

30mil Plastic Business Cards & VIP loyalty Cards

30mil plastic is identical to a credit card. These work great for a high end business card, loyalty, club or gift card.  If a strong, water and tearproof card is what you are looking for, then our plastic cards are just what you need.

Stocks: White, Pearlecent silver, pearlecent gold, frosted with and without white backer.

Add on ideas: foil, silk lamination, spot gloss, barcoding, embossing, numbering, signature panel, scratch off area with PIN printed, white backer,  magnetic strip and data encoding.

Gift card holders are printed on high quality 16pt cardstock and include both die cut slits to hold the card and a half circle die cut for easy closing. Holds any standard plastic gift card or VIP card. Can be prited inside and out.

Size Options:

• 4"x6" with a vertical flip

• 2.8" x 8.75" with a horizontal flip.
