Custom printed badges for your next event! Printed in full color and laminated in heavy duty plastic. Great for short term use or multi day events. Will not hold up long term with everyday use like PVC ID badges.
Laminate:
- Gloss: Crystal Clear glossy finish giving the best color vibrance, BOTH sides
- Matte: Has writable matte (dull, non glare) finish BOTH sides
Thickness:
- 5mil: 5 mils per flap (metric 125 microns) for a total of 10 mils to the cardstck for medium/ medium-heavy weight application
- 10mil: mils per flap (metric 250 microns) for a total of 20 mils added to paper sheet for an extra sturdy menu
Finish:
- Trim plastic with art: Laminate is trimmed with bleeds of artwork
Hole Punching (Optional):
- 1/8" round, top centered
- 1/4" round, top centered
- 15x3mm slot punch (best for lanyards)
Turnaround Time:
Most jobs are completed in a 1-3 day turnaround time however larger quantities will take more time. Please contact us if your order is time sensitive.
3x5 EVENT BADGES
For printing 2-sided, we need a multi-page file with bleeds (background extended) artboard set to 3.15" x 5.15".
For 50 different printed artworks front and back = should be a 100-page file.
Page 1 = badge 1 front
Page 2 = badge 1 back (even if it's the same file)
Page 3 = badge 2 front
Page 4 = badge 2 back (even if it's the same file)
Etc.
