Magnets will stick to any flat, metal vehicle surface. However, some newer cars may contain fiberglass, carbon fiber, molded plastics, or aluminum alloys, which magnets will not stick to. We reccomend you test any fridge magnet you have on your car to make sure magnets will stick well to it.
Common vehicles magnets do not stick to:
- F150 aluminum body
- Class 8 trucks
- Mercedes CL
- Saturn
- Tesla
If you have a fiber or aluminum car, you can use die-cut vinyl instead applied directly to the car.
