Fill the Sheet and Save! Mix and match different artwork files, designs, and sign sizes to completely fill up a standard 4x8 foot (48" x 96") sheet. You do not need to step or tile the graphics yourself—simply upload your separate files, and our team will tile and nest them for optimal material yield.

Plastics & Foams
- 4 mil Coroplast: Standard fluted yard sign plastic. Cheap and light.
- 10 mil Coroplast: Extra-thick fluted plastic. Stronger for wind.
- 4mm Polyair: Flat plastic bubble-core. No print lines show.
- 4 mil Foamcore: Light indoor display foam. For easel presentation.
- 3 mil PVC: Thin smooth plastic panel. Sleek matte finish.
- 6 mil PVC: Thick rigid plastic panel. Durable wall plaque.
- .03" Polystyrene: Thin flexible plastic sheet. Bends without breaking.
Metals & Composites
- 3mm Aluminum Bond: Tough metal composite. Will not warp outdoors.
- 6mm Aluminum Bond: Thickest metal composite. For huge main signs.
- .040 Aluminum: Light rust-proof solid metal. Screws flat to walls.
- .080 Aluminum: Heavy DOT-grade solid metal. Bolts straight to posts.

Finishing & Final Dimensions
- Size Variance: Due to our high-speed cutting methods, final sign dimensions are typically short by 1/8" to 1/4" on both width and height. Please design your artwork with this margin in mind.
- Minimum Cut Size: 6" x 6"
- Maximum Cut Size: 96" x 48"
- Size Selection: Be sure to select the appropriate largest sign size in our cutting dropdown menu so we can route your files accurately.
Turnaround & Shipping
- Standard Orders: Most orders ship or complete within 2–3 business days.
- 10+ Sheets: May require a few additional production days.
- 50+ Sheets: High-volume run; please contact us for an extended timeline.
- Shipping Methods: Overnight shipping is included in most standard sheet packages. For high-volume bulk sheets, ground or freight shipping may be required.
- Grommet Policy: Standard shipping rates do not apply if you add grommets to your order. For projects requiring grommets, please contact our sales team directly for a custom shipping quote.
FILES:
- Full size files with no bleeds added.
- PDF with all fonts converted into outlines
- JPG (150 dpi)
COLOR:
- CMYK or RGB accepted, CMYK will be closer match with screen and print view then rgb. RGB will be brighter but will shift and shift is unknown until printed
- PMS Matching - Closest printable color - please add a few extra days for color matching
SHAPE CUTTING:
- For shape cutting, we need a PDF file with 2 layers
1. Print layer should have all the printed parts with at least 1/4" extra bleed past cut lines
2. Cut layer should be aligned and in 1pt black outline (100%k)
3. BOTH layers must have a a few 0.25" black (100%k) dots in each of the corners
4. Load PDF sample file into illustrator to have a starting point or see how its needed
Contour cut must have a minimum cut area per item of 36 square inches. Any item under 36 square inches may not be produced.
