1. Choose Your Material
Plastics & Foams
- 4 mil Coroplast: Standard fluted yard sign plastic. Cheap and light.
- 10 mil Coroplast: Extra-thick fluted plastic. Stronger for wind.
- 4mm Polyair: Flat plastic bubble-core. No print lines show.
- 4 mil Foamcore: Light indoor display foam. For easel presentation.
- 3 mil PVC: Thin smooth plastic panel. Sleek matte finish.
- 6 mil PVC: Thick rigid plastic panel. Durable wall plaque.
- .03" Polystyrene: Thin flexible plastic sheet. Bends without breaking.
Metals & Composites
- 3mm Aluminum Bond: Tough metal composite. Will not warp outdoors.
- 6mm Aluminum Bond: Thickest metal composite. For huge main signs.
- .040 Aluminum: Light rust-proof solid metal. Screws flat to walls.
- .080 Aluminum: Heavy DOT-grade solid metal. Bolts straight to posts.
2. Select Your Surface Finish
- Matte: (Standard) Glare-free, smooth surface. Best for indoor lighting and easy reading.
- Glossy: High-shine, vibrant finish. Makes full-color graphics pop with contrast.
- Reflective: Commercial-grade nighttime visibility. Bounces headlights back to drivers.
- Dry Erase: Specialized rewriteable laminate. Write on and wipe off cleanly with standard markers.
3. Add Additional Finishing & Hardware
- Pre-Drilled Holes: Precision corner or top/bottom holes for fast screwing.
- Metal Grommets: Heavy-duty brass eyelets for secure zip-tie or rope hanging.
- Rounded Corners: Safe, soft-radius corners to eliminate sharp metal points.

Shipping & Turnaround Time
- Production: Depending on selections: orders complete and ship within 1-7 business days.
- Sizing Notice: Final sign size may be short by 1/8" to 1/4" due to raw material cutting margins.
- Shipping: Since this is a custom page, we need to see the specs to confirm if shipping is free or if a shipping quote is needed.
